Replenish your complexion

Let’s face it – even aging gracefully comes with changes. Most of us start to notice wrinkles, pigmentation issues, and dull, lifeless skin in our 30s. Though some people aren’t bothered by these issues, others wish to improve them with Halo for a more desirable appearance.

Halo combines ablative and non-ablative laser technology to eliminate years of sun damage from your skin. Using motion-tracking technology, the Halo laser is safe for all skin types to treat a variety of skin concerns, including:

The Halo laser triggers your body’s natural healing mechanism to transform your skin. Over the weeks following treatment, your skin ramps up its collagen and elastin production for dramatically younger-looking skin.

How many treatments do I need?

Like most skin care treatments, the Halo laser provides the best results when used with a series of treatments. Most patients require two to six treatments to get the results they want.

Treatment is safe to use on most areas of the body with the most common areas, including the face, neckline, and hands. Halo treatments are virtually painless, and most treatments take 30 minutes or less.

We apply a topical anesthetic before treatment to ensure maximum comfort, and the handheld device is equipped with a built-in cooling system. Our patients tolerate the procedure well and describe the sensation to feel warm and a bit tingly.

What to expect following treatment

Once your treatment is complete, your skin technician explains the aftercare process and answers any questions you may have. Here’s what to expect during your recovery:

Immediately after

You might feel a warm sensation, similar to a sunburn, for about 30-60 minutes after treatment. Redness, tightness of the skin, and swelling are normal following treatment. You can use a cold compress and take over-the-counter pain medication to ease discomfort.

We advise you not to wear makeup for 24 hours following treatment to give your skin ample time to recover. However, you may apply a creamy moisturizer.

2-3 days

You might notice a bronze, sandpaper-like texture form on your skin around this time. This is nothing to be alarmed about and is just a sign that the treatment is working. This pigmentation typically falls off naturally around four to five days.

7-14 days after treatment

You should experience a noticeable improvement in your complexion at the one-week mark. Your results will continue to improve as your collagen and elastin build, revealing beautiful and younger-looking skin.
